Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately. LunaCall is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

While we take every precaution to package your items securely, we understand that issues can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can promptly resolve the situation.
